1. West Malaysia - RM10 (Estimate 3 - 4 Working Days)

2. East Malaysia - RM17 (Estimate 7 - 10 Working Days)

1. Singapore - RM40 (Estimate 4 - 6 Working Days)

2. Australia - RM165 (Estimate 6 - 10 Working Days)

Custom

Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. Miyaco is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

Shipping Duration

All orders are processed for delivery within 2–3 working days upon order confirmation (when you receive a confirmation email from us). An email notification with the delivery tracking number will be sent to you via email for your reference and personal tracking.

 

Please bear with us and our shipping partners should there be a shipment delay relating to COVID-19 and government orders. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions. East Malaysia orders may take more than 2 weeks to arrive.

 

Self-Pickup

We accept self-pickup requests only for customers within Klang Valley.

1. Pickup location: Pavilion Hilltop Mont Kiara

2. Please contact us via WhatsApp (+6016-650 7898) to schedule a self-pickup appointment.

3. Please wait for a notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup. Pickup hours from 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

 

Returns & Exchanges:

1. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns and refunds after purchase.
